Track Your Order

Every Arosia Peru piece is made to order by hand in Peru, then travels to our U.S. warehouse before it ships to you. Here is how your order reaches you and how to follow it along the way.

Delivery Time

• Please allow 3 to 5 weeks from the day you order to the day your order arrives.
• Crafting takes about one week. Your piece is made by hand in Peru after you order.
• Shipping from Peru to our U.S. warehouse takes about one week.
• Delivery from our warehouse to you takes about one week.

The Emails You Will Receive

• Order confirmation as soon as you order, when your order goes to our artisans in Peru to be crafted.
• On its way to our U.S. warehouse when your pieces leave Peru.
• Shipped to you when your order leaves our warehouse, with your tracking number for delivery to your door.
• Out for delivery and Delivered when the carrier reports that your order is out for delivery and when it has arrived.

Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping is $24.99 and is our only shipping option.
• Shipping is free on orders of $300 or more.
• We ship to the United States and Canada. Orders to Canada may be charged import duties and taxes on delivery.

Delivery Issues

• If your package is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
• Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, and if an order comes back to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping is charged to the buyer.

Your tracking number comes in the email we send when your order leaves our U.S. warehouse. Enter it below to see where your order is.
