We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused & Unworn: The item must be in its original condition, with tags attached.
  • Original Packaging: Returns must include all original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your original purchase following our return process. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.


European Union - 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days—no questions asked. The item must still meet the return eligibility conditions mentioned above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
